GPS Optional Feature

Description:

The GPS option enhances the measurement capability of Spectrum Manager by incorporating accurate altitude, position, velocity, heading and accurate time into each log entry. Data added to each measurement includes latitude, longitude, altitude, speed, heading and time of day. In addition, all time stamps are corrected to UTC (derived from GPS time), rather than relying on the accuracy of the PC clock.

• Works with NMEA-0183 compatible GPS receivers
• Estimates error in PC clock
• Position, time and date added to all measurements
• Can reset PC clock
• Uses 1 PPS Time Signals from GPS units such as the Garmin GPS-16
